Discussion at IMMA, Dublin
I will be chairing a discussion at The Irish Museum of Modern Art on the place of the artist's studio:
Tuesday 12 April 2016, 6 - 7pm, Lecture Room, IMMA
Examining the context and place of the artist’s studio, this discussion draws on Edward McGuire’s studio as a catalyst for reflection on the shifting role, function and critique of the artist studio in arts practice and discourse today. Speakers include Nick Miller artist, Christina Kennedy, Head of Collections, and discussion moderator Dougal McKenzie, artist and Lecturer in Painting, Ulster University.
